"I wanted to give a shout out to your agency. I dealt with several of your team members as well as you Nick, and everyone was very professional and patient. I must admit there was more to life insurance than I imagined and I had lots of questions. I was afraid I was taking up too much of their time but was guaranteed that they just wanted me to make a knowledgeable decision. "I would never recommend this agency. May husband and I were shopping around for home insurance just to see the rates, it wasn’t a necessity to have to change but our normal guy retired from Farmer’s so we wanted to see what else was out there. I originally got in contact with Nick and he immediately started talking numbers in RE to what a policy would like. He assured me that if we switched over there was NOTHING ON OUR END that would need to be done- he would handle the transition. However, that is not AT ALL WHAT HAPPENED! This was supposed to be a bundle deal as far as Auto and Home on MAY 2nd 2024, they took the payment for the Auto policy without having all facts from Underwriting. Fast forward to May 28th,2024, we get a letter from underwriting stating that there were two minor issues; one with roof and one with windows, however the guy that came out never got on the roof. We were fine because we are still with Farmers! State Farm said there were issues with paperwork from ADT that were needed, not the issues from what underwriting stated. No one from the office contacted us in RE to this situation, the front desk reps said Nick was submitting more paperwork to send off with ADT for that purpose: however mind you ThTs issue was not the security system it was the lack of communication. I found out all this information FROM CALLING MYSELF! They kept saying “my husband knew what was going on, but he didn’t and neither did they! They gave me the run around. Adam then says, we’ll “fontaine we tried to set meeting with you” WHICH WAS IN RE TO LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES. Nothing was communicated to us, period. They try and sell— but they do not care for the customer. Worst company. Would recommend Farmer’s or any other reputable company. A total mess. Very unprofessional Reps. @Nick Kenny— the policy was supposed to be canceled. Not only that was it supposed to be a discounted rate and was not so we canceled with you guys. Then y’all office after I REVOKED ACH still took money out of a policy which we never ACTUALLY HAD! Also be more professional. My husband relayed all information he had, your office lacked communication and wanted to argue. Make it make sense. You’re not reputable and your office will only try and sell people stuff. Wait to more realize after dealing with you how uncanny you are. We have dealt with you, don’t blame ADAM HE ONLY DID what you taught him to do."

Adam contacted your husband on 5/21/24 letting him know that because we did not receive supporting documents the homeowners policy would be rewritten without that discount. There was no gap in coverage. I'm sorry if your husband did not relay that to you. I wish you the best of luck and I hope that your new company is able to better meet your needs."

"Nick and Kerry reached out to me recently to review my insurance needs. No one likes to pay insurance premiums, especially if you rarely ever need to use them but it's a necessity in life for most people. Kerry and I worked together a couple of times on the phone and she was just fantastic. We both discovered ways to better utilize my premium payments to fit my current lifestyle. She was patient, knowledgeable and most of all, just a very nice and pleasant lady to work with. Thanks Kerry!"

She helped me reach the claims department of the other insurance company and helped me through the process!
