"This man’s a liar. I put in for an auto quote ONLY and he quoted me bundle pricing and sent me an email saying our insurance was $190. It wasn’t until the end of the phone call going over the policy when I asked so it’s “$190 ?” And he said no that’s the bundle. Save your time do not call these agents anymore they’re liars and deceivers… go online. Give their jobs to AI, this industry is bloated with so much corruption and over paid salaries"

"Bad policy. Did not return calls…. I did see Nik responds to reviews… but. Left my situation sit 15 days.. no response. Called and office said they thought they texted. Nik never took the time to talk with me. Good luck to you… zero claims and you should be ashamed of yourself… I’m so disgusted and disappointed. I requested several times to speak with Nik. He had the girls call me back. I fired Nik … who could care less $$$$$$$ but moved to a better agent who is taking my policy seriously. Horrible! I did stay with State Farm. Complete failure on his part. A phone call back would have been professional. For whoever reads this… be diligent and thorough with your coverage. DO NOT. count on Nik to make sure everything is what it needs to be. Read all fine print. Do not expect return calls from Nik."
